What do the colors mean?

Milestone Turtle Color Symbolism

This special turtle design features a six-colored shell, each color inspired by the milestone wristbands I wore during my sobriety journey. Arranged in a layered pentagon pattern, the colors move inward from the edge of the shell toward the center, representing growth and transformation over time. Each section marks a significant step toward personal freedom—whether from addiction, self-doubt, or anything else that once held you back.

  • Yellow (2 Weeks): The first spark of commitment. A fragile but powerful beginning.

  • Orange (1 Month): Momentum starts to build. You're staying the course.

  • Green (3 Months): Stability and healing. A turning point of self-trust.

  • Blue (6 Months): Clarity and confidence take root. You’ve come a long way.

  • Red (9 Months): Strength, resilience, and deeper reflection.

  • Black (1 Year): Freedom. A full cycle complete. A lifestyle redefined. It also represents humility and the continued effort it takes to stay free.

This turtle isn't just a symbol—it's a reminder that every small step counts, and your progress is worth wearing proudly. Whatever your journey is, these colors honor the milestones that brought you here.
